Diane Fine
Trained and certified at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 1994, Diane has enhanced her yoga teacher education with numerous trainings, some of which include Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, Teaching the Deeper Practices, Advanced Asanas, and Meditation & Yoga. Her inspirational teaching style incorporates both the physical aspects of yoga with reminders of how to weave the joys and tools of yoga into our lives off the mat.

Minnie Jardine
Minnie Jardine has been teaching Forrest Yoga since the summer of 2004. She has studied extensively with Ana Forrest and is certified to teach Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced levels of Forrest Yoga. She continues to study with Ana and to assist her at national workshops as a way to hone her teaching skills. Minnie has extensive experience working with students with a wide range of injuries and limitations and will teach you the modifications for any poses that aren’t exactly right for you. Emma Silverman
Emma Gabrielle Silverman has over ten years experience practicing yoga. She began with a dedicated Iyengar practice and, over the years, has studied Bikram, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Vinyasa Flow. After working at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, she now teaches in the Kripalu style. In the past, she has taught chair yoga, Vinyasa yoga, yoga for kids, and yoga for health care professionals. Caryn Sheckler

Lisa Tsetse
Lisa has trained in the Iyengar tradition since 1985 with senior teachers and is a recent graduate of Open Sky’s Essential Teacher Training. The related disciplines of modern dance, the Feldenkrais Method and Authentic Movement inform and inspire her teaching style. Each class promotes an environment that nurtures self and group respect. Precise anatomical alignment, inner awareness and clarity are encouraged as personal resources for yoga practice and for life. The goal of each class is to deepen our curiosity for learning and to enhance our capacity for growth. Lisa currently teaches at Cornell University, Soma Yoga and Living Arts and Longview Ithacare community.
